Guage readings help

Ok, I have a stock 460 on my jet boat and was wondering what is a normal engine tempature and oil pressure reading should be on my guages......what should my range be....THANKS

Assuming all of the gauges match the senders usually water temp will be 125-145 most commonly in our reigon and oil temp usually ranging from 180-220. Is there an oil cooler and were is your sender mounted as this will matter. Thanks
