115 Mercury OutBoard

I have a Mercury 115 OB,
I have been having issues thought it was lowerend, then fuel, went on to spark.
the issue is runnig at river runs idles great, when i punch it falls on its face turn off all power but the motor then takes off. but dosent sound like its running full power only getting about 30 instead of 50s, i noticed this after turnning off stereo.
so I think its Charge issue, then a budy tells me of a freind same issue, and it turns out Recifier. not getting enogh power to motor.

You need to start out by checking the electrical system throughout. They are sensitive to shorts. Have you checked any obvious things yet before you dig in?

No only the batt, and spark that kind of thing. someone said that I need to test flow of power after starting the motor and running it at different RPMs, to see if power jumps up.
