Speaker and amp question

I am having a new boat built and for the stereo stuff they are using Hertz speakers and Audison amps. I am not familiar with this stuff and this is a $3500 upgrade. Is anyone familiar with these stereo components who could let me know if I am getting my money's worth,,,,,,thanks...

I cant really tell you if the $3500 upgrade is a fair price without knowing model numbers and quantities but Hertz and Audison are both fantastic brands. Very high end.

audison creates some of the best amps available. They have 3 levels. We put the VRX is toby's old F26. Chipster bought it and had a problem with one amp. He took it to the la., ca. distributor , nd they swapped it out. They have excellent customer service I am not familiar with Hertz as I have been out of the game for a couple years now...

Thanks Roz, I still need to get the model numbers to be sure it is the good stuff from the brands and not the cheaper stuff.

Hertz speakers are made by the parent company of Audison. They have entry level speakers all the way up to high end speakers. LRx and VRx are the best to go with in regards to the Audison amps. The LRx amps should suit you fine being it would be hard to hear the difference between the two in a boat. I highly doubt for $3500 they are going to use the VRx amps anyways.

Thanks, They used a 4 channel and 2 channel amp. I need to get the model numbers still.
