    Default What brands ??? 6.5 " 10" subs which amps . . .

    Sleekcraft daycruiser . . .two 10' wont get wet up under the bow . . .thinking of going with jl audio 10's wanting to go with 4 to 6 mid speakers and im looking at the clarion cm1635 wich are 6.5 and have the little tweet for high ??? Anyone running theses . . . look decent for the price ??? Im seing them on ebay for around 90 bux

    What amp for the mids and which one to run the to 10s ???

    Im not into custom stereos but this boat is derserving of something . . .

    Oh yeah deck or no deck ??? I have seen em with a jack for your ipod and no deck . . . that way you dont have to keep up with cds and crap . . . what do you think

    6th Ave has Alpine PDX amps super cheap right now. New technonogy that uses way less power. My $.02.

    my opppinion is jl is overpriced for what you get. check out car stereo forums too get more broad range of better priced better quality equipment. ex: Stevemeadedesigns.com, carstereo.com

    I have 4 JL 7.7 Cockpit Infinite Baffle... They absolutely ROCK!! They are being powered by a JL Audio MHD 900/5, and they sound soo good, I have decided to steer away from 2x 10" LJ Audio Marine subwoofers, and just opt for 1.

    I cant tell you how happy I am with the JL 7.7. And Im not even taking advantage of their directional use. I have them in the bottom of my seats, 2 firing inward, and 2 firing at a 45* inward/ to the rear...

    Amazing sound quality!
