WTB- 21' Jet Boat- So Cal!!

After looking for a few months with no luck, I'll try this. I want to buy a 21' open/closed bow jet boat (454/Jet), bimini , stereo etc, late 90's-early 2000's, Carrera (preferred), Ultra, Commander, Omega, Caliber, Advantage etc. in So Cal, Havasu, Bullhead areas. My budget is $17000 max. I don't need to get a loan, sell something else, trade! Cash in hand no B.S., games, flakes, etc. Don't need to go fast (been there, done that) Been away from boats for a while and I honestly thought that I would have no trouble buying something for the river in this market without a problem. But after leaving messages without a call back, looking at junk, or outta my price range, I am boatless. Thanx

And forgot to mention, not looking for the 90's majority pinks, purples boats either.
