    Default 1977 prostock 5/8" runner bottom tunnel

    1977 prostock 5/8" runner bottom tunnelThis boat is all original and always garaged.Motor: 454 bored 60 (514ci) estimated 700hp 12.1/2, 1 compression and runs on 100 LL (Av gas). dual 660 holly center squirter carburetors ( currently being rebuilt by the carb shop in ontario, ca) Joe hunt magneto, new plugs and wires. All gages are mechanical (tach, oil pressure, temp and fuel)tandem trailer with new tiresRussel 11 gal aluminum tankscasel v-drive (not sure what gears are in it)Balsa wood floors all original.Boat runs awesome and I'm not in a hurry to sale!I'm thinking about a bigger boat.$ 11, 000 Will trade + cash for a 1985 or newer 21' schiada v-drive or 1999 or newer eliminator daytona 22'.     I think you meant you engine is a 454, bored .060" OVER ORIGINAL BORE SIZE. this is a common engine rebuild which nets a displqcement of 461 cubic inches. Not meaning to be a smart ass, just the first of many who explain. I may be wrong if ou have a stroker crank, and an overbore combo, but have never heard of a 514" combo on a big block chevy. where are the pics of the boat......

    Actually..............a .030 over 454 is 460.--" and .060 is 467.--". Not sure of the exact fractional amount, however they are more commonly referred to as 461" and 468". If his motor is actually a 514...........could be a FORD! Jocko

    Need help finding this 1973 Sanger 18'6" bubble deck mahogany bottom and stringers I was living in Pomona when I sold her in 1979. Just wonder if she still exists

    Sounds like someome told him was a 454 bored 60 over and he just added the 454+60 and believes he has a 514
    Speed cost money...how fast did you say you wanted to go ?

    Flat bottom


    1977 prostock 5/8" runner bottom tunnel
    This boat is all original and always garaged.
    Motor: 454 bored 60 (514ci) estimated 700hp
    12.1/2, 1 compression and runs on 100 LL
    (Av gas).
    dual 660 holly center squirter carburetors
    ( currently being rebuilt by the carb shop in ontario, ca)
    Joe hunt magneto, new plugs and wires.
    All gages are mechanical (tach, oil pressure, temp and fuel)
    tandem trailer with new tires
    Russel 11 gal aluminum tanks
    casel v-drive (not sure what gears are in it)
    Balsa wood floors all original.
    Boat runs awesome and I'm not in a hurry to sale!
    I'm thinking about a bigger boat.
    $ 11, 000
    Will trade + cash for a 1985 or newer 21' schiada v-drive or
    1999 or newer eliminator daytona 22'.

    Well Mike that makes two of these Pro Stock boat that exist.

    okay im working out a deal with a guy on a DCB. 22 and he does not want to trade so all i need to close the deal is $9800 so put the word out. there is about $9000 in parts just in the motor
