Orion boats?

Sorry i know this is prob not the place to post this question but, does anyone know anything about orion custom boats? I found a 24' orion magnum open bow cat for sale and cant seem to find any information on it except that orion boats is no longer in business. Any info would be great.

Orion was started by Martin Casillas the gel coater for Ultra Boats. He originally tooled up a ski boat, then decided to get into the performance boat market. He built about 5 of the 24' cats ( 3 being the deck boats) and 2 of the 27' cats. He shut down around 2006 or 2007 and sold the molds to Lightning Boats.

Are these cats fairly balanced. Did they use another manufactures hull. Just wondering how it will ride and perform. Also wondering about the quality of the craftsmanship.
