What's your initial setup on injectors and target fuel pressure? 160#s and 70psi????

65psi. 16 injectors, 8 in the ports trimmed 120's and 8 on top of the blowers common feed 96lb. It is dual fuel ready!

Nice! I wondered if 8 160s would be enough. I hadn't done any math on it, though. Just a guess.

    Keep it up!

Good guess buddy, 8 could be enough however people at times use what we call JADED MATH. They don't consider the leaner air fuel ratios we can run, they also don't consider the trimmable injectors in each cylinder along with our ability to adjust timing in each hole. Even a vaccum line going to a regulator. Some THINK all fuel pressure regulators are 1:1 ratio. Anyway, 160 can get close but a bit more is needed for continuous duty. Again, good guess!

What's the servo-can up on the hat next to the tube? By-pass for cruise (no boost)?

An idle bypass mainly. Unloads the charger at idle. Idles like a mean kitty!

Wow what a mill. Im fighting off a "semi" just looking at it.

8 in the base and 8 on top - awesome.

Should be enough duty cycle availability in that setup to let em "relax" regardless.

Seems like the buyer is going after turbines boats with a piston boat- my favorite match up.

When do these guys leave the shop- I may need to make a special trip over just to look at them?

I also meant to comment on the double-idler(s) for the blower belt at the mid-way point. You generally only see the one, so the "non-idlered" side of the belt is flopping about - especially with rapid off/on throttle jockies. This setup shown will keep the belt perfectly aligned as well as securely tensioned. Well done.
