    So, what is/was this group called BOTE, I've heard that they started something 10 years ago at the likes of Lake Anna, Raystown and Havre De Grace have never seen before....sooooo what happened to this group of a hand full of boaters that blew-up the local lakes of Pa, Md. Va. to see a group of Hot Boats and people (gathered) that never prior wandered those mentioned waters? Low belly snake...as low as one can get. Don't like my opinion >don't really care.
