The Miss Geico offshore race team is the subject of a new documentary film that takes a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to be part of a championship winning powerboat team.
Produced by Royal Purple, the short film is available for viewing on YouTube, embedded below. The six-minute film is the third installment in their 2012 mini-documentary series, Outperformer. The video follows Miss Geico's boat pilot, Marc Granet, to chronicle what it takes to command a championship winning team and drive a boat capable of speeds in excess of 210 miles per hour, over open ocean and choppy waterways.
As the final video of the year from the high performance synthetic lubricant manufacturer, Royal Purple’s vignette of the Miss GEICO team continues the company’s goal of profiling teams and individuals who "outperform" in their respective fields, discussing their inspirations to be “the best of the best.”
