Lost Isle Opening

Stayed at Windmill Cove this weekend and heard from a few people that Lost Isle got the permits they needed and will be opening in a couple weeks. Anyone else heard this?

I haven't heard this, but it's great news if they will be opening. I just checked their website and there's no mention of it as of yet, but I'll keep checking back to see what the dealio is on it.

How was your trip? Did you find your way around OK?

Yeah I heard it from a couple people at Ski Beach and from a local at Windmill but who knows for sure?

Trip was great. We hit Wimpy's on Friday and Disco, Orwood and Union Point on Sat then back to Ski Beach for a bit then Garlic Bros. Couldnt find the Ski Beach down by Disco though.

DELTA~HOLIC and I are tryin' to put something together for this Saturday out there. Maybe while we're out we'll go out to the other Ski Beach and find it so I can come up with some detailed directions as to how to get there.

Glad to hear that the trip went OK and that you were able to find your way around.

disco ski beach is at the end of woodward slough ,coming outa disco when you hit old river you turn right then a quick left . if your coming by bullfrog keep the levee on your left and once you pass the ferry there will be a small island with a shit load of idiots there to greet you !!!!great place during the week not on weekends .02 TUNNEL T

Boy you can say that again....
Me and War canoe rolled by there two Sundays ago and this one moron starts screaming at bigsteve right before i roll up and park
He confronts me all puffy chested crying about how steve cruised by to close or at the wrong approach and he has to get after everybody cause of this....
there is always one in that type of crowd....
Just glad steve stayed off the beach and didnt let this dork get under his skin

LOL thats kinda what I here. We only wanted to check it out because of the reputation it has but we didnt really plan on hanging out long. We can only take so much of the Ski Beach in Stockton so im sure the Disco one we wouldnt last long.
