l88 or l89 aluminum heads

Just wanna say hi to everybody ... I recently purchased a set of old l88 or l89 aluminum heads they where bare and have been milled alot and are set up for 2.250 & 1.88 valves ..my? Is will these work on a 454 thirty over flat top pistons 274 282 cam victor jr intake and an 850 holley dp...thanks

Take the heads to a expert and have them checked out,Most of the older castings are too soft and drop seats out of them,not to mention look for rocker boss damage/repair there is usually a reason why those heads are Bare.... And guys used to mill the hell out of them so get the cc of the chamber checked.

Got those heads back from machine shop everything checked out ok there had been repairs done to them but it was all done on the part where the head bolts sit on head but just on the holes that are outside the valve cover by the exhaust everything else checked out good
