    Default Cam swap

I'm getting a stock 454 out of a jet boat to drop into my daughters old LaveyCraft v-drive. I
know the cam needs to be changed but don't know what I should change it to. Any help would
    be appreciated.

If it's a "budget" deal, and you don't expect the engine to have to be a racer, there may be no reason to get into swapping the cam. Guess it kind of depends what's currently in it, if you even know that, and what your intended usage and RPM range will be in the V drive, including what type of exhaust you will be running.
