Default Pan evac system on Lightning headers?

I'm considering installing a Pan Evac system on my Lightning headers with the bung back at the tail pipe. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and if the water created to much back pressure for it to work. I had one on my Camaro with 4" mufflers and it worked great. People said it wouldn't work with mufflers.

    Any thoughts?

They work awesome, however if you hold it wide open long enough, you must monitor it close to make sure it does not draw an excessive amount of oil out of the engine.

I run them.no real compliants. watch the one way valves though, when they burn out/fail ,they let water into the engine. There cheap ,mine are bout 2yrs old ,i'll change them this winter.

No the motor is sealed up pretty good, Just trying to get all the free HP possible. It's kind of like a poor mans vacuum pump.

Thanks for the info BOOSTPOWER and rogerroost. I'll add this to the list of projects this winter.

Yes cool, the power increase will depend on how your rings are set up! My opinion is it will be a cool upgrade! Enjoy
