    64 x 58 deep.
14' roll up door for the 53' trailer truck,16' ceiling
    42' x 58' trussed ceiling
    full 2nd. floor

all wood framing, floor and roof are trussed
pouring 40 yds. of concrete this week, footings and walls. Gonna do the floors last. Concrete trucks can drive right in the 14' door.

Had to have a zoning appeals hearing, moved the 15' side setback back to 47" to line it up for the trailer. I won, my crying ,thieving, dog biting neighbors bitched and moaned and went home beat.
The shop is so big, I'll never see their house again.....

They must be bad neighbors, if my neighbor ever bit my dog there would be hell to pay.

I hope you made it as big as you can. I didn't and I regret it. What I would do for that extra five feet! Nice deal, I have garage envy.

    didn't pour a footing today.
I have tons of fill in the back yard, asphalt, concrete. One corner was brutally packed with shit. The trench opened up to 8' wide after wrestling the big chunks of concrete/tar out. I also have water on one side. Tomorrow the town will be here to tell me what they require. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to dig to the virgin earth, buy tons of stone to bring it back to grade and rent a mudsucker.
    bummed out.....

    yep, plan B

hogging out the mud and asplalt and concrete, got half done, blew a hose and it's raining.
Gonna get a new hose in the morning, order a truck load of stone, spread it out and hope the concrete guy can come in the afternoon and set up the footing.
Inspector said I can get a footing inspection in the afternoon
