green chilies from NM

Hey Rich...just as i got off the phone dinner was ready.

JD hot sausage, very little onion, some garlic, few small pieces fresh tomato and some of them chilies (defrosted just enough like Lena suggested) . Nothing else...over white rice.

It was the first time i took the opportunity to do them.


So simple....so good. Thanks Rich and Lena.

I'm happy you enjoyed them..............I'm waiting on Lena to whip me up something one of these nights.

Next time you have a grilled cheese sandwhich, lay a few on the cheese
while you cook them.

We did and had a great time, but not looking to move any time soon, to much to give up here.

How's the Daytona comming along?

Still gathering parts, going to hit it hard right after my sons flag football is over.
it will be on the water next spring

are you keeping your 21 now?

We're keeping the Daytona for now........it's alot a fun when I do get it out.
