It depends on the dates, if I'm back to work with a new company I might not be able to get Friday off. I'll know more after this weekend.

I'll do a Wednesday-Saturday, but I think the trany is starting to slip on my truck. 198,000 miles
I'll do a band adjustment to see if it helps

    Tater.
I talked to Jack at the race and he was planing a weekend but could not get the tent. He did say if we come down to let him know and we could have a cookout at his place and he would try getting some other boats together. I for one spend most of my time on the lake running so I dont want to put Jack out. I will be stopping by his place to say hi and some BSing.

The warm side of lake anna is where its at. I have a place there and there are no cops (dnr) or rules. open headers ok whatever and during the week you have the whole lake to yourself. we have a private ramp and everything let me know I can get some of my buddies together and its on ! lots of nice sandy beaches to hang out at and I think its 9,000 acres or so.

What kind of distance running is there?
On the "cool side" the Dam to the Sand Bar is a nice little burn.

From our ramp to the dam is probably 12-15 miles or so. there are many branches seveal miles long and nice coves islands etc. There are no marinas or fuel is the only downside. You have to be a land owner or a guest of a land owner to be on the lake. There are no public ramps and our house is actually on the same road as Jacks. Aspen Hill is the subdivision. We have been raising hell for years there and its so cool not having to deal with wake zones stopping for bridges baffles etc. The water and scenery is pretty much the same as the cold.
