    Default New jetboat owner.

I just acquired this ?fixer-upper? My first one. The plate is scratched bare. Any ideas on a make? Has an Olds 455 and a Berkley.

    Thanks, Keith

    Default ummmmmmmmmm

thats a good question .a lot of boat hulls years age were copies of someone elses original.one clue would check vin on rt rear of the hull stamped in the glass it should give a few letters that would suggest the manufacturer or your title if you have one should name the make .one boat i had appeared to be a sidewinder and was titled as homemade.just one tip unless your are a die hard olds fan try a chev in it .a lot cheaper to build.good luck and welcome to the great sport of jetboating

Thanks! I'm no stranger to performance engines/cars/any chevy. I might go a little crazy with the olds... little torque monsters.

Try posting in the jet forum. There is a lot of knowledge over there on these old jet hulls. Tom does post over there.
