I had a good time this year,enough to come back. Ill be there again as long as Donnie stays home. HaHa. Was a fun day.

Great job brother, getting the word out early about the race in August!!
As for the date & location...the location (address) is on the website. Go to directions & lodging, located in King & Queen county. You can plug in the address and should be able to get the directions (514 James Rd, King & Queen, Va 23085).

As for the date... we are trying to pin down an exact date right now. It will likely be around the same time in August as prior years but, may change to a week before or after?? We will certainly pin-point a date soon and give plenty of notice...leaving NO EXCUSES for people not showing up!! If you think you have what it takes, don't let not knowing the exact date keep you from planning to attend. We will update the website for 2011 and we will post dates SOON!! Stay tuned folks and make plans to attend...who knows, this may become a 2-day event as well????

That's the date for Mattaponi Madness 2011.
Start wrenching now...I know all you W VA & Carolina guys and gals like to show off those sweet rides that you claim are FAST! Let's see 'em this year in Virginia. Big Blocks, Small Blocks, Blowers, Tunnel Rams, Nitrous, ALL motor, blah blah blah. Whatever you have that you think is fast, we want to see IT and YOU on the weekend of August 27th in Virginia. No Excuses,just a great weekend with friends and fellow racers. Hey...don't have any friends! No problem, you can make some on August 27th! If you are fast enough...you might even make a few of 'em jealous!.

Man...dissapointing to see that it's so quiet (crickets chirping) on this posting for Mattaponi Madness this year!! Those WVA boys got a whole bunch of trash talking already going on about the summer on their posts but, here...we don't have !

Guess TX-19 & I (with my 23' big block Interceptor) will just have to start talking smack !!! What do you think TX-19? Guess nobody wants a piece of the action...it's probably best. I know you would hand down the smack down to 'em! And the Interceptor, WHEW, who's got something for a 92 mph 23 footer??? (shhhh, look TX...I know it doesn't run 92 but, they don't know so shhh, keep it between us! Don't tell anybody reading this post, ok?). Yeah, that's right, I said 92 in a 23'!!
