    Grapevine has it, the powerhitters are coming in this weekend. Hmmmm, Just so happens, myself, T and Karl are coming in by accident Saturday around 1 or 2PMish. Now, I am certainly not one to stir up anything, but I must add, Karl is bringing the "New -to-him" SWTD. This may be one peice of Hi-End iron that he has never piloted as-of-yet. Gonna do a small tune for this weekend. Saturday will be test & tune for the SWTD. My Winger is gonna try a new engine and a new 3 stage nitrous tune also. Cant deny the opportunity of destroying everything all at once!!!!

    SORRY I didn't make it I checked my underwater gear this morning and found a broken loader

    Hope your having a good time.

    I will take it home next weekend and weld it back so i can take it out on the Pax (I hope)

    Default The black boat

    came out for one run...it was all that was necessary. Jack's boat was a little faster than the mouse this weekend, and i wanted video so he got to run Jack.

    The black boat runs very fast....i was (somewhat) prepared for that. I was not prepared for the sound of the engine. It has the regular rap at idle, but at WOT and some 7XXX rpm the sound changes to the sound of a bunch of burnt air, more like a jet exhaust.

    After seeing this, i am not a certain that the 421 SB i had planned is going to do it. The intake design on the black boat may help on top end, but i never saw top end. It was not needed to do the job.

    I did have a wonderful time at Pops and enjoyed meeting Karl. Part of the fun was working thru some of the challenges we had this weekend. The rest of the fun was the good people.

    Yeah, Wayne didnt need top end. That thing leaves extremely HARD.
