    What is the price for that to the performance boat members? What do you plug into that, jumper cables or do you make some sort of plug?

    Most mount it under the rear seat. Its so in case your battery dies, you can jump it with jump cables or a jump box and lift your hatch.

    I understand the concept; however, in those pics it looks like if you put a set of jumper cable clips on there, they would probably be touching each other if not arcing, not to mention all of the aluminum around where you are inserting the jumper cable clips on to. Maybe I am missing something really obvious here, I do like the product, but it just seems like it would be dangerous.

    The part number is 600-40 and the cost is $125.00.

    The positive and negative posts are molded into rubber and plastic. We are confident the product is safe.
