MY Howard 25 Bullet is back!!!!!

Hey guys,

I heard a rumor that my 2003 Howard 25 Bullet was for sale less motor package. So I called on it and went to check it out. Sure enough, there she was,,,,,,,looking good

I couldnt pass it up, so I bought it. I detailed it out and it is ready for a motor package. Instinct is to drop a 5.0 liter Whipple motor in it and go run 135 mph(joking, settle down) or put a nice little motor in it and resell it with a nice warranty. Regardless, I am the proud owner of a nice 28 Bullet and the first 25 Bullet ever made

BTW, we ran 111 mph with this boat in 2003 with 988hp

Congrats Gary. I saw this boat last year I think at the gas station in Barstow. Nice boat for sure and I say go with the 5.0 Whipple

Noooooooooooooooooooooooo,

I need to retire the 130.3 mph speed. Thats just too fast for a single vee IMO, although I could put a nice 5.0 liter motor in it and not push it hard(yeah right)

I almost bought this instead of my 22 schiada from inland boat center. I have a Paul Pfaff 700 I was going to put in it and I was looking at that XR drive you had for sale. They never called me back so I bought my 22 schiada. I have a paul pfaff for sale LOL 10,500 dyno time only (697HP) I paid 18 for it.

Hey now,

I love my Howards. They have some blood, sweat and tears in them. I take a lot of pride in my work, you know that BB. It is kind of a sickness I guess

The boat was still in great condition. Was it stolen?

This boat can handle some ridiculous power. Especially with that new max machine worx lower unit. Its almost not fair how fast you can go in one of these Howard Bullets with that drive. To say that I am happy to have this boat again would be an understatement

Actually no. I sold it less motor in 2005 to my good friend. He ran it for a couple seasons and pulled the motor package. He then decided to give it back to the bank. Inland bought it at an auction and I bought it from them today. They are good people and I am really glad to have it back home. These Bullets are gold IMO. Sorry, but I am partial. They really run well
