Another boat part scammer was a whiney little boy-biatch who didn't want daddy to find out.

You have a ton of info already, but if you need any additional help, PM me.
go this route and whatever you do refrain from threats or harrasment, just stick to the facts. Also, if you are going to call LE then you should prob remove their contact info, just a thought

I'm thinkin the suction housing was switched also

I wouldnt worry about posting "directory" Informatiion. Anything that can be looked up by anyone.

Also if you have a friend in the repo business. They can find out a ton of useful information on anyone. They use the same software etc as bounty hunters. Former employers residences known relatives and friends etc arrest history you name it. He might have a parole officer that might be interested in his activities.

You have his name address and phone #. Contact the local LEO and district attorney's office and inform them of the fraud.

Maybe he has done this before and has a record for something. You never know.

At the very least the local authorities should be made aware of it.

I know this is up to you but don't let this go unnoticed.

I think his employer might like to know the parts guy is *allegedly* screwing somebody else out of parts!

Default From Chaz and Kelly Hill

    Here are the facts:

    1. My husband bought a jet drive on ebay from Rod.
    2. We received the jet drive, which was damaged.
    3. My husband contacted Rod. He told him to file a claim through FedEx.
    4. FedEx told my husband that Rod had to file the claim.
    5. Rod emailed my husband and told him there would be a call tag sent out.
    6. We left the jet drive outside and FedEx picked it up.
    7. We received our money back from Rod.

Fast forward to today, when I received a threatening call from Rod, at my place of work, saying that he has "friends in low places" and will get us.

Had the part not been damaged, it would be in our boat right now.

I explained to Rod that we did not and would not remove parts from the jet. And that we wouldn't have had time, even if we wanted to. We would never screw anybody, we don't need to.

Rod is upset because FedEx denied his claim because it was improperly packaged, which means, unfortunately, he is out the $200 for the part. I don't know how we became such terrible people. If any of you had bought a part, had it damaged in shipping, you wouldn't want to have to pay for the part either.

Oh, by the way, thanks to whomever called my husband to say to watch out for Rod because he is a "lying, cheating, piece of s***", and to tell us about this forum. By the way, Rod started bashing us before he ever contacted us.

Anybody and especially on this site can admit, that they don't like people to call them and harrass and threaten them, when they know they are not in the wrong.

Again, we are sorry to Rod that he is out the money, but it is not our fault that the part was damaged in shipping.

That's alright, I PDF printed the entire thing, including the photos.

Kinda figured he would do that.
