    Default JF electric tilt

I converted My JE to a JF and have used it for 3-4 years; This spring I tried to use it, but nothing happens- do you by chance have a wiring diagram for the actuator box? I don't have the room for a Place diverter.....I have a small garage!

As I remember it is pretty simple. Red is 12v Black is ground and the 2 other wires are for up and down

Yes, outside the box it's very simple.....But I suspect the problem lies with the up- and down-limit switches......and where I mounted the silly thing, I have to almost stand on my head just to see anything in the box.....so if I can know which wires are doing what I can simplify my troubleshooting......The only other thing I can do is tear the thing out of the boat.....and I don't have the time during the summer

What exactly is the problem? Does it just not work at all?

Sorry- I had to go on my 2 week vacation to Trinity.......The trim doesn't do anything.....No up, no down, no nothing.....I checked and the fuse is good.

From what I remember the trim unit used a GM (pontiac firebird) power window motor....if they sat for a while they would corrode...you will likely have to pull the control box out to test it...the JF actually worked well but some early units used a large rubber seal that could jam up the steering at full lock
