Wink 19' CP, Pop-Off Install pics

After many discussions about safety, we decided to add a "pop-off" valve to our boat instead of a "whirl-away". We went this way due to the bottom already being done, the correct motor location in relation to weight transfer and we didn't want to lose the rear seating.
BUT, I had no idea how much cash and effort it was going to require..(to do it correctly) and when I say "correctly" I mean replacing all the stock fitting with stainless AN, plastic lines with steel braided, using electronic sensors and switches instead of the pnuematics, new brackets.......
The preparation of the boat was another big undertaking. Wow....it kicked my ass.
Anyway, below are a few pics I took of our 1st weekends progress. It should be ready for paint by this Sat. and hopefully done for the regatta!
Thanks again WG for EVERYTHING......., and of course SoCal Dave, GS Marine and MikeD for all your help.

I'll post finished pics next week.

Can't wait to see it, everything on this boat is top notch....so I'm sure it will look insane at the Regatta. If you ever step out of this Gullwing I don't think you will have to hard of a time selling it.
