I bet you guys were parked w/in 50 ft of us at the Avi fireworks. Great show! We had been down at Pirate Cove / Park Moabi and Needles earlier, raced back to Willow Valley before dark, put my boat on the trailer and rode in a buddies deck boat to Avi.

Definatly a fun weekend. I had fun standing in the rain. Last night I spent 2 hours pressure washing all the mud up from under my truck that night. :)sphss

Hopefully you can come to the next firework show! The girls will love it!

that was a fun day!

We launched at noon from Willow Valley, caught a beach just below Topac Bridge, then floated in the gorge for about and hour then stopped at another beach near WV on the way back up. Then raced up to Avi for the show. Then we stopped at "2nd beach" on the way back to the marina and met up with friends. I think we pulled the boats off around 11pm. :D

We were closest to the entry of the Avi lagoon. We had 6 or 7 boats tied up in out group.


After an awesome day a of boating on Friday. Late that night my buddy (jetboatratt on the boards) got up after the storm (midnight) and was all stoked to take his new Cobra out again. So we loaded it up and launched out of Jack Smith at 3am. It was a nice little cocktail float. Except for the driver of course LOL. The entire time out we saw one other boat, a fisherman. Fun Times. Wish I had the camera.
