Tom I called you late this evening about a cam that was nowhere to be found. I know you remember.
Not only did you point me to where I could get something close, they had something better for my app and at about 1/2 the cost. Here's a thought, next time charge me and call them yourself. Twice now I've called you and you gave me an assload of info and sent me somewhere else to purchase. That just ain't right man. You messed up, from now on when I need parts you are gong to be the first person i call. Hope your tech line can handle my speed dial. Seriously people, Tom has twice turned down my money and sent me straight to the source. I've learned that when I call him I can count on the fact that he is taking care of me as best he can, even at a loss. Tom will always have first crack at my buisness. |

Tom went out of his way to walk me through the impeller change I just did, as well as telling me what things should look like at the intake and keel, even on his lunch "break".

Great folks.
Tom even gave his cell no so I could call him at the lake on a Saturday, and he was very patient with all of my dumb questions. You can't ask for better service than that. |

Ken, the boat is doing great. I am fixing the small things one by one. Here's the recent pic of the place I park my boat at (I think the pic goes inline with the subject):

I am paddling out because I can't start it up at the harbor. I was warned to take it easy and nearly crashed two boats last time I started up the boat. I don't like starting up in neutral - it puts too much pressure on the engine and you never know whether it's really neutral or not.
On the pointy building subject - this has been on my wishlist for a while. There's a river right next to the cathedral but the central Moscow part of the river is restricted (controlled). I have never seen a small boat (less than 50 ft) in there. I will need a faster jet boat if I really want to do it. |

The only other person that provides that level of service is my doctor and I have to pay a crap load more to him and the advice my doctor usually provides is that I'm fat!!!! I haven't heard that from Tom yet. ![]() Thanks again Tom.

I thought I would give my .02 cense. My first boat rebuild was the one I'm selling today. It is a 1969 Shiada jet. I ran across this boat shop add on the web that seemed to be what I was looking for Jet boat performance. So I called this guy up and right off the bat I could tell he would do what it takes to help and not screw me either. Well it turned out that my pump was in worse shape than I thought. I did not have all the money at the time and when the work was done Tom worked out a payment plan for me. Now not trying to say that you guys need to start going to him and trying to buy stuff on credit, but this was one of those things we did not see coming into this whole deal. So here is a guy that did not know me from shit and shin olla and was willing to help me out. From that point on I tried to return the favor by sending him as much business as possible. So here is to you Tom for doing a great job and not changing. Thanks. Steve. ![]() |

Guys we are truly humbled by all this Thank You so much for your comments we're very proud ! I spend 90% of my day on the phone The true "unsung" ones here however are son Josh who has worked and hung out with me since he was a toddler, Josh runs day to day shop operations ,runs the lathe and mill, builds motors, carbs ,builds jets and rigs boats as well as an enormous amount of research and R&D Josh also helps with the phones, My Wife Rhonda (of 35 years) got me into this with one ride in her "pops" Jet years ago Rhonda does books, nearly all shipping and recieving and phones after she finishes with our our Insurance inspection business everyday. We are a total family business and have no other payed workers other than Hondo Hal who helps out occasionally and works for race gas. What is especiallly Important is all of you as customers and friends and your love and support for this sport and your continued support of us as well as the other vendors and business here and in this industry.
I've be fearfull lately we may have been a little slow on the "uptake" many of you may not know that almost 8 weeks we have been (behind the scenes) moving to a newer bigger shop, more parking ,larger offices and a "clean room" about 3 miles from the old location where we were BTW for 15 years. To do this we actually bought a Semi trailer . It was a "hurculean task to say the least . Hats off to Folks here like Duane (hi tech) and Rex ! I now know what you went thru. Were "In" and 100% operational Now ! I will put up a shop tour soon Tom
