Thanks for the pic SuperSoaker, looks like I need to lower my ride plate and add a wedge, mine has no wedge and the ride plate is at 3 degrees. Is this how everyone else runs theirs? is this the fast proven set-up? thanks for all the help

I don't run a wedge....but mine seems to like more tail than a couple feet tall. I am liking the 24" ride plate. I only got out for a couple hours sunday but the boat just seemed lighter.....I ALMOST got to 80 I have a little vid I may put up....The bow was so light...I puckered for a second ....she was just kind of gently floating up and down. With out a head wind, my boat has never felt that light.

I am hoping it is 2ish. I don't have a digital angle finder. It slopes up 1" in 24" length ...if there is a math expert in the house.

I would love to see some photos of the plate where it meets and ties into the intake.

I would almost bet with the roster tail higher the nose is up...and the transom is digging in. I feel soaker has the answer with the wedge >>> I also gotta think Duane's "SNOOT" is even a better idea vs the droop. Let the tunnel hull pack air and do its thing, and stop bending the water 3-times before the exit

1" rise over 24" run is about 2.28 degrees. Looks good

Keep in mind the tail I am talking about here is no bridge washer.....I edited in a little vid from a few weeks ago in my above post...the end of it shows me at "full rooster"lol Keep in mind that lake is at 6700 ft so cut me a little slack. I can't tell for sure from the pic but it looks to me like soaker is running a snoot vs a droop.

Wet.. I will try to get a pic tonite...it may be tuff its hard to even get an allen wrench in there.lol

Bigdog thanks again for the plate and cradle....and getting it out so fast.

Im running a AT droop and a 6deg wedge for a taller tail. A 2/4deg wedge works better. I have not tryed the smaller wedges yet will the new ride plate.

Try a 2deg wedge.

I did try a HTP snoot and it slowed my boat down 6mph.

Bill.... will a pic of mine work????

Bigdog.... I will give you a call this week about the loader

hey guys whats a 79 21 daytona less motor worth now? good paint and interior. trailer needs paint and wood. pump braces, aggressor a and aggressor bowl. Tommy set intake for me and helped me with this thing back in the day. since he passed have no one to help me with it, sure miss him. it also has a hydraulic diverter, back cut shoe and ride plate and loader. had a blown 586 in it and have seen 104. got divorced 4 years ago and now am remarried but have driven her since my divorce. lost interest and never got to get her to reach her potential.
