Hello and Thanks for the questions, Our Premium Jet overhaul kit runs $279 and includes either a Bronze or Stainless sholdered wear ring (along with brgs, seals gaskets etc) , That same kit can be purchased an Aluminum impeller of your choice (cut) for $459 We also offer custom cut and detailed Bronze and Stainless Impellers for higher HP applications from $695 to $950. Wear ring installation is relatively simple , we set the cleaned and prepped suction in our press (throat up) and push the wear into the liner and into place in with a "fixture" weve built , then measure down to the wear ring in several place using a straight bar and dial caliper to check the W/R to be "square" in the bore this operation can also be accomplished useing block of hard wood and a mallet (and measureing for squarness) Josh and I are available for Tech and Sales questions from 10 AM to 6 PM pst call if we can help Tom
