Heres the basic setup you folks are refering to , Milpitas note it requires the actual PD droop to bolt up the plate and Chevelle , it certainly couldn't hurt to add it to your setup Tom

Last I heard they weren't offering the ride plate any longer. Let us know if they are.

I added one of these to my boat last year. Before it would pourpus real bad unless you were FT. also my boat rode real wet. Put this on and it fixed everything. No more pourpus and rides much dryer. Seems to handle much better also on low end and top end..

I bought the droop and ride plate through CP Performance and put it on last summer.
It did a lot to clean up the wake and make for better skiing.
Not really faster, but a big improvement. Plus it was on the boat with an hour of work.
21' Ultra LX open bow (heavy) 454, Dominator pump with diverter.

PS I called the guys at Place with a quick question and they were super helpful.

    Good luck
    Mark

I called PD yesterday and they are still making the ride plate for their droop. Also, the droop is available alone and the ride plate can be purchased and added at a later date. One thing that I found interesting was that the the guy I spoke to said that the PD droop is longer and has more downward angle than my American Turbine droop. He said that their droop will lift my boat aot of the water more. I don't know if this is true or a sales pitch. I need to research some more.
