If you need parts, give them a call, they're great to deal with! My pump is probably 25 yrs old and who knows how many people owned it before me. I gave them a call and they ended up sending me new o-rings and a fitting for free!

Thanks Steve, I'll have to wait until Tuesday now. Really all I'm interested in is the solenoid system/valve. One side is acting up and I wanted to talk to them about it.

Greg the folks at Bennet typically don't want to sell direct and will try to direct you to a authorized dealer . Place warrantys thier Bennet pumps for a long time (with the exeption of water intrusion) to the original purchaser , some of the problems that regularly occur are simple to fix ,whats happening? maybe something simple ? Tom

Bennett's warantee service is second to none! They have taken care of my pump since 1999. When it has failed they have sent me a new one in exchange. Last one just had a crack in the fluid tank. I dealt with MJ Thomas. Great people there.

completely agree with you on their service! As I said, they sent me new parts at no charge on a 25 yr old pump....they even diagnosed the problem over the phone with me.
