    Default What is this boat???

I just purchased this boat and can NOT figure out what it is. I can't find the HIN or any identifying marks. I can't wait to start bringing this thing back to its former glory but it would be helpful to know what it is and maybe have osme pics of what it is sposed to look like. It has a 460 BBF and a Jet(dont know what kind). I apologize for my lack of these types of boats, this is my first jet. Any knowledge would be greatly appriciated.

    Thanks,
    Cameron

Lots of companies splashed that hull. Does it have a title? If so what does the title say?

That stepped deck looks like an early 70's model.

Not an Ambassador. Way too short top to bottom. Pretty sure it is not even a Sleek. Both the Ambassador & Executive have a bigger cabin and the Jr Exec only has one terrace on the deck.

Unfortunetly no tittle. We don't have them in Alaska. I am thinkin it must be prior 72 because from my understanding after that all water crafts had to have a HIN and the 84+ had to have two. I may be incorrect on this. Thanks for the help.

    Default boat

If the front is rounded like a spectra it is a taylor, if it comes to a point, it could be eliminator, rogers, ortiz, marlin,or a few others, I had a Ortiz ( PMS ) i loved it, handled nice and rode good

Spectra never made a 2 step deck.

This is just a Spectra splash with a re-tooled double step deck. Lots of guys offered it.

Roger made a hand full of this model and they were not pointed, they had a round nose.

    '73 Rogers...
