Fuel Tank vents done..pics

I machined these up and made them shorter too (other design they were too long). I also threaded the inside with 1/4" NPT thread. Here are some pics. FYI: I had the vented caps off and apart (knocked the roll pins out) and polished them a little. I wanted to see how vented they are. Not much in my book. Pretty restrictive if you ask me. Anyway here are the pics.

I think I say this every time, but you do some very nice machine work. And you can lay down a killer bead with that welding torch!!!

ah a machinist. in my same line of work. looks goog though. that weird they didn't vent well

I am not a machinist or welder by trade at all. I work at a Large Bank HQ at sit in a cube all day. Ya Kyle, the vented caps flow the same amount of air a drink/straw stirrer. Thanks.

good luck with those... i have a set on my boat and they leak like a bastard after hauling my boat to or from the lake the entire hull is covered in fuel.... i HATE them and will be ripping them out asap...
