Default Difference in bowls and how they absorb power

this question was posted on another forum by jrork from a convo we were having at the races and wanted to see what everyone's opinion here is?

Okay, we had some fun bench racing this last weekend and a question came up, how much HP is a particular brand good for before you have to upgrade?

    • Berk. How much power and what do you upgrade to when you exceed that?
    • Dominator. How much power and what do you upgrade to when you exceed that?
    • Agressor. How much power and what do you upgrade to when you exceed that?
1978 Southwind Tunnel Dragster/1980 SWTD center steer

Boy I've seen a whole lot of power transmitted through all three. of course it depends on how much work has been done to any of them. The old TFJ's of the 80's would tip the can to fairly big motors and get something like 3,000hp never saw their Berkeleys bust but saw plenty blow over.
