Looking for info on bbf 460 build

I have a bbf 460 ford .030 over. Want some info on going stroker kit 545 or 552-557
or smaller 502 what is the reliable for long run. I am looking to make 500 550 hp with maybe a 575 lift cam please give me some info. 21 foot jemcraft 1/4 stringer lake cruzer not a race boat !

What heads you plan to run? Budget build? LakesOnly (highflowdynamics.com) is a good contact here on the boards.

My first stroker ford was a nice 2 bolt block 501, with forged eagle crank and rods and some forged srp pistons 10.1, with a mild hydr 570 lift cam and some alum. edelbrock performer heads put around 550hp or a little better. was a great dependable motor. and I wish I still had it. But Paul (lakesonly) is the ford guy.
