Intake Suggestions...

Hey guys im rebuilding a 91-up 454. and I need ideas on what I should do intake wise. Heres a breakdown of what will be done to it. Stock crank and rods, SRP small dome pistons at 4.280 bore, Stock large oval heads solid flat tappet cam and lifters and roller rockers. Stock deck height. Which route should I go?? Tunnel ram or just go with a standard airgap manifold with a single carb???

Single plane with a good carb. Ez to tune.

1st ??? is...what do you want to do with it?...if its just a lake boat, i would go with the Edelbrock RPM Air Gap...its a very good low to mid range dual plane manifold ...you could use the Edelbrock 750cfm carb or a Holley 750cfm DP mech sec carb...both would work well...just my .02 cents

it will be a river/lake boat yes.

A dual plane is a great too. Prob would be better than a single plane. the rpm range of the dual plane would be more useable for your eng combo.
