your jet hydro will get the looks and be a hell of alot of fun. the speed you want can be done. anything much over 90 will require bottom / keel changes. I ran a rudder on my 77 but each to their own. have fun and post pictures.
remember hydro's like to fly. the front sponsons want to fly trapping to much air and causing drag in the rear and bad weight distribution. tunnel hulls have equal tunnel volume for air to not trap it. basically the sanger wants to fly in the front but cant in the rear. have fun with it . looks cool and be safe in it
Thanks for the compliments guys, I really like the look and style of boat, just dont know if I am going to be able to make it run like I want. First outing today was kind of dissapointing but im pretty sure the holley blue is not keeping up. The boat noses over and looses rpm towards the end of a run. It actually lost 200 rpm after I put the droop on. I am now at 5600. It does come up out of the hole way better now.
