composite new floor and stringer?

i was out today and ran across sheets of 5/8s pvc sheets. i was wondering if there would be any negative affects in using that for flooring, opposed to coated wood. they will cost about the same in the end and also weigh about the same as well. i also inquired about the availability of pvc beams. such as stringer beams. i wouldnt use this without a rail kit of course, but would these options, if available, make this job a one time fix without worry of future water damage

I did my floor and battery tray in UHMW (inner fenders are soon). Don't think they're going to rot anytime soon
