Actually Tony, guys like THIS(above) is why he doesn't race more. John & his group of atta boys have NO CLUE about what it takes to go fast, and when they SEE something fast, give NO CREDIT TO IT AT ALL. You obviously KNOW what it takes, and have walked the walk. So has my dad, for a LONG TIME.

We watched John's 11 second barge run at Lost Lake. It was PAINFULL to witness. He'd need FOUR PLATES and a 55 GALLON DRUM of NOS to even come close.

He ALWAYS has a snide comment, but has NOTHING THAT RUNS. My dad is TIRED of that BullShit and frankly, is toying with the idea of going back to cars. Racers(car racers) don't cry and still have a DRY TOWEL when they're finished. He's still a PSCA member, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it at all.

Thank you for at least saying the CP has a heartbeat. It's not like John's boat running on vinegar and baking soda AT ALL.

Hasn't eaten them up yet, and i've been going with RR & Turtle since I was about 9 years old. Not at all like your Nitrous engines eating YOU up. LMAO!!

are you sure it's not because that engine of his "will turn blue" if it gets more than 2 passes on it? Lol.....

Turtle, Turtle, Turtle...... I was racing anybody and everybody in the "barge" when you were still sucking your thumb. And on that day your dad watched the boat run at LL it was running 105 on the gps in a little over 600', running wet ,but not nearly as wet as that submarine you guys took to the TPR memorial that one year. talk about painful to watch ...lol

If I set rules for racing like you guys do I'd tell the guys running around in their little two seaters..... ok we'll race but you have to come to the sandbar 18 miles up river today because that's were will be. Turtle, you see I have an engine in my boat that can actually run 18 miles up river....at 4,000 - 4,500 rpm. 4,200 rpm with 6 people at 52 mph and it doesn't "turn blue" it did however crack the oil pan. Even with the crack in the oil pan I put 60 miles on the boat in two days. Spent a couple hours the second day pulling the kids on the tube and trying to teach two of them to ski ( all with a 13:1 945 hp engine .... and it didn't have any signs of turning blue, I did however add two qrts of oil to it) ...I'd bet that's more miles than the two of you do all year.

Last years Power Tour I even ran it against 4 boats without the Nos working. I had no expectations of winning a damn thing without the Nos, but what the hell, the water was good the weather was great and the people were great, so what the hell, run it. Not you or your father would make that move. Fact is Turtle, my life isn't defined by my boat or who's boat it's faster than. You just might want to examine your priorities.
