Problem with big river is that i dont have a place to stay, my trailers (i have 3 of them) are stored at sandbar resort (aka redrock) on the parker strip right now. I want to move down river but BR has a huge waiting list and i cant even just tow my stuff in for the weekend from the sounds of it.
My sister and her fiance + a bunch of friends are going to havasu, like i said, kinda over it, not really looking forward to going to the river with out the boat...

Shaun, Just stay in Parker and tow down to big river for the day. Its only like a 15min drive. Thats what I do when I run down there.

Spring break is always mellow and good. Its busy but not full of IDIOTS. Thats why we like it. There is always alot of ladies in town as well

Have you called Big river? I got in same day i called. There are alot of empty spots. Or Like Brian said, Just drive down for the day. We all go into parker for gas food beer.

You can camp up in Fort Mohave (a few miles south of Avi) for a reasonable fee..

I expect a bigger than usual crowd given the Mexico warnings and the economy. My son switched his plans from a Mexico spring break to Havasu already.
MY son and I are looking at heading to Havasu around March 16. That's when his spring break is. Haven't made any final plans yet.
