I was looking at my hull last weekend and noticed that the intake isnt set all the way back. I have about 2 -3 inches to go for a complete setback. i want to set the pump further back to clear the transom for my popoff valve. How far should the intake be setback? I know that rule of thumb is that the bitting edge is no further back than the transom. Can someone please verify this for me?
The reason I am leaning twards Cyclone,CS19 and Busby is because you guys know my boat. I am getting ready to throw 1400hp at that hullThen I can roll down to the river and run with you crazy fockers

. I think that was the reason Slowburn took the time to do his pop-off valve the way he did. ( and he did a great job
