    Default Jacuzzi Problem

So I recently rebuilt my WJ pump my self. Tomorrow I was headed out to the lake for testing and what not. So I ran the boat today for a couple mins, to check up on some things.

I shut it off, and started to look everything over, i came across this.

The pump is blowing the bushings out of the steering housing holes! when it went together everything fit snuggley.

    Why is it doing this?

Looks like they are in backwards! The flange goes to the inside next to the nozzle. Slide it apart and install the bushings from the inside then rensert the nozzle and pins!

SOMEONE SAID YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU! SO,IM BURNING IT UP ONE GALLON AT A TIME!

    Yeper, we have a winner!

Just claim one 6-pack too many when assembling it, and we'll understand (even if it isn't true).
