Well I took the boat out for the second test today, ran good carburetors need some minor adjustment at top end started sputtering... other then that no leaks no hardware problems,,, HARRIS EXPRESS QUALITY

Id say that you picked a good day to test and tune. Looks like no one was out there at all.
Sometimes you have to do it on these cold wintery days to get it dialed in for the long hot summer days!

What rpm does it start sputtering?

Is that the same paint job that was on the boat when you bought it? It looks good.

hotrod i had it re painted and the haul capped and some other glass work done to it... at 5500 the motor started to crap out and sputter... and i had a minor oil leak cause of lack of vacum the pressure built up and some oil came out the seam between the pan and block right under the timing chain cover and outta one of the breathers... other then that she ran fine... just some bugs to work out it willbe dialed in for summer..
