    Default Tom @ JBP again....

Tom I called you late this evening about a cam that was nowhere to be found. I know you remember.

Not only did you point me to where I could get something close, they had something better for my app and at about 1/2 the cost.

Here's a thought, next time charge me and call them yourself. Twice now I've called you and you gave me an assload of info and sent me somewhere else to purchase. That just ain't right man. You messed up, from now on when I need parts you are gong to be the first person i call. Hope your tech line can handle my speed dial.

Seriously people, Tom has twice turned down my money and sent me straight to the source. I've learned that when I call him I can count on the fact that he is taking care of me as best he can, even at a loss. Tom will always have first crack at my buisness.

Yeah he has taken time to talk to me about a few things ive needed help with. I ordered an oil pan from him and he even called to make sure i got it and everything worked out alright with my oil psi issue. Definitely a great help and excellent person to go to for service or parts.

Tom went out of his way to walk me through the impeller change I just did, as well as telling me what things should look like at the intake and keel, even on his lunch "break".

If not for Tom and Josh, I would not have a clue.

    Great folks.
Tom even gave his cell no so I could call him at the lake on a Saturday, and he was very patient with all of my dumb questions. You can't ask for better service than that.

Ken, the boat is doing great. I am fixing the small things one by one. Here's the recent pic of the place I park my boat at (I think the pic goes inline with the subject):

I am keeping my status up-to-date in my thread.

I am paddling out because I can't start it up at the harbor. I was warned to take it easy and nearly crashed two boats last time I started up the boat. I don't like starting up in neutral - it puts too much pressure on the engine and you never know whether it's really neutral or not.

On the pointy building subject - this has been on my wishlist for a while. There's a river right next to the cathedral but the central Moscow part of the river is restricted (controlled). I have never seen a small boat (less than 50 ft) in there. I will need a faster jet boat if I really want to do it.

X2. Tommy, Josh and Rhonda are wonderful to deal with and even better to get to know. They've been a huge help to me and I'm proud to call them friends.
