Hard to say, you have truck scales & a lake near your house? Weigh your truck/trailer/boat & then go launch your boat ... go back and re-weigh. it's the only true way to know.
Everyone can guess for you, but this is the best way to know for sure.
Remember to have the same amount of gas in your truck, or close to it.
My heavy-hulled Taylor SS is supposed to be 1860# from the factory. Yours has to be several hundred pounds lighter.
A 19 should be real close to 2000 lbs complete.

Most tandem trailers have 3500# axles under them, You have to figure in the weight of the trailer which for a good custom trailer can be 900 to 1100 pounds plus the boat and items in it, I have a Competitive trailer that weighs 950 pounds.
Don't know why you'd put tandems under one ton of boat, other than the "chain one up in case of a flat" reason.
Beat the heck out of a boat putting 2,000 pounds atop a suspension designed to carry 7,000 pounds.
No, "towing straighter" is invalid, unless the single is made crooked. My single axle trailer (straight and square) tows and tracks perfectly, at all speeds, on radial tires 9no "hunting" or "swerving", at all.
a good trailer builder can set up a tandem trailer for a smaller boat. i dont know about anyone else but the reason i prefer a tandem is strictly for looks. single axles look lame to me. ya know getting there is half the fun
Just because you put 3500 lb axles in, doesn't mean it's going to have 4 or 5 leaf springs on every corner! Mine only has 2 leaves on each wheel and rides real smooth.
Also, you'll think about adding another axle to your trailer the first time you have a blow out on your single. Been there! No fun...
