Default I asked my dad where I could park the boat in his new AG building:

and he told me to phuck-off, but in a nice kind of way:

A few years ago he built my moms dream house for her and now at 73 he about has his dream garage (AG building) built. I'm just looking for a corner of it (50x100)

He should have his final in a week or two.

He has had that for a very long time. Guess who made him change the color scheme so it didn't clash with her house.

It was cheaper to buy new siding then have the old siding and roof re-painted.

I don't think he's going to budge on giving up a corner of it though.

my grandpa just built a garage that exact same size up at his house in Clints Well, Az. Thing is ridiculously huge, he even built a bedroom/bathroom with full shower and closet out there in case my grams gets mad at him! haha. No A/C in it because it doesnt get very warm there, but has two swamp coolers off the side and has a heater in the bedroom plus a couple floor turbine looking units for the garage. Congrats to your Pops Jon!!

Theres several reasons, one, hot air will rise so the step in the roof will allow the hot air to escape, and also the step will break up the wind in the event of a storm and make the air turbulent and keep the roof from trying to fly,and in the old days the loft was a good place to store stuff, hay etc.

I'd suggest parking the boat smack dab in the middle. Save the outside for an indoor short track. A bunch of XR100's with class C tires would be a BLAST in that. Might need some hay bales on the outside of the turns, but looks good....
