where's the f'in ladder?

hey guys, finally got my carlson cv 23 running good enough to use as an actual boat (instead of just another maintenance run project). now the problem is, my wife needs a ladder to get back in the boat after swimming. i have seen some by AQUA that look pretty good, but the catch is the back of my boat seems to be foamed in, so getting nuts or back plate on inside looks to be a pain. just wondering if anyone out there with a similar boat that has already jumped this hurdle. thanks in advance.

I bought a portable from West they work the nuts.

I have a CVX-20; The foam was wet in the area under the swim platform so I spent a winter digging it out, then let it dry for a year and filled the screw holes for the teak strips with resin.
This last winter I filled it with foam (X-30 from Tap); It was relatively easy but when they say 45 seconds and x30 they mean it- wow that stuff expands fast! No ladder, but you can get in there and then repair it.
