tom morrows placecraft- how fast was it?

does anyone know how fast tom morrows placecraft has been and what kind of engine and power did it have.

I think he told me it went like 148 mph .. They won't let him run it hard cause anything under 8 sec. has to have a cockpit .. I think it was a blown 500 deal in it with that speed .. I got to see the motor when I was at his shop and thought I had a pic of it but I dont.. Here's a few pics of the boat "Blown Doller" I got while at his shop though.. One hell of a guy to talk to
