1975 tahiti bow conversion you did?

I just bought a 1975 19' tahiti that was converted to an open bow by Wilkes Marine in i think i was told 1986. The boat was delivered yesterday and here in Texas we have to do a pencile tracing or take a picture of the hin# I can not find one on the boat?? Anyone know where they would move it to? I tried to call Wilkes but i may have a bad number?
