I just used one outlet of the pump and t'd it off to the timing cover with # 8 hose and plugged the other outlet of the pump. My 572 runs about 170...

You can actually buy a brand new one at Autozone for about 60 or 70 bucks. Cast iron manual flywheel for a 454 chev with an 11 in clutch external.
